Donation Terms and Conditions
By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Watchung Stables Auxiliary, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your contribution may qualify as a charitable deduction under applicable federal and state laws.
All donations made through our website are processed securely via Square or Givebutter, and you will receive an email receipt confirming your donation.
Donations are non-refundable. Please ensure that the donation amount is correct before completing the transaction.
If you wish to make a donation in honor or memory of someone, please contact us directly at watchungstablesaux@gmail.com for assistance.

NJ Charitable Registration: Watchung Stables Auxiliary, Inc. is registered with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Our NJ charity registration number is CH2425700.
Solicitation: In accordance with New Jersey's Charitable Fundraising Act, we hereby disclose that a copy of the organization’s most recent financial report is available upon request. Please contact us at watchungstablesaux@gmail.com for a copy.
State Fundraising Disclosure: If you are a New Jersey resident, a copy of the organization's most recent annual report filed with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs is available upon request.
